Your first visit to Airport Podiatry Group establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. Because of this, it is important to come prepared. We kindly ask that any new patients please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. In addition, having these items fully completed and available when you arrive at the office will ensure you are seen promptly: 

• New Patient Intake Forms
• Insurance Card
• Current ID
• List of Current Medications
• Any other medical paperwork or tests (including Xray/MRIs)
